My Preparation and My plan Route

When I decided to go on this long bike tour,I booked my flight ticket in March flying in June, that means I have 3 months to prepare to get the bike ready and all the necessary stuffs purchaced knowing that everything will be expensive if I were to get them in Canada or US.As usual I am bringing my trusted Taiwan made recumbent fully on human power although I have another one which was fitted with a motor and battery. It would be my 1st choice if not of the airline regulations,as my age is catching up nearing 7 series. So dont ask me one day i can cycle how far/fast or how many km per day. There are so many factors to consider, the road conditions, the weather, the logistic, your body physically and mentally, you name it.I always stick to some golden rules when come to long distance biking: This is my holiday tour you are doing it for yourself and not for others, just goes out there to enjoy to find happiness, listen to your body signals and not others.Listen to the locals advice, get permission to camp if not on public lands, avoid dangerous roads, arguments, conflicts if possible,SAFETY is always my no.1 priority, nothing else matter! Now talking about my planned route,to be frank on such long trip,I can roughly draw out a wish plan of riding north to Alaska from Vancouver, but i will definately listen to the locals cyclist advice when I landed in Vancouver ,assemble my bike and cycle to my Warmshower who have agreed to host me for 2 or 3 days
